2700 the Avenue
 
 

 

2700 the Avenue is an urban mixed-use commercial development located at the gateway between Minneapolis and Saint Paul – Emerald Street and University Avenue. It is yet another phase in the dramatic transformation of this most Western portion of St. Paul that once was home to obsolete warehousing and industrial uses and now boasts over 550 new housing units, retail and other successful commercial projects such as Court International, Court West and Westgate Business Center. The project is slated to start late 2008 with completion the first half of 2010.
